What we offer
Feed Lab carries out its mission to transform the home kitchen through a 3-step approach.

Sustainable Cooking Classes
We believe that home cooked meals are better than processed foods and take-aways.
We want to teach people to cook simple and delicious meals with the best possible ingredients available to them.
Access to Good Healthy Foods
We connect people with community-based organizations and food donors to access nutritious, high-quality, dignified ingredients.
Working to Change Systems
We bring together experts and community leaders to hosts workshops, talks and retreats.
These conversations are important steps to creating a more sustainable, secured food future for all.
Team
My name is Quyen
I'm a Canadian home chef, food entrepreneur and cooking class instructor. I studied pastry at Le Cordon Bleu and spent 5 years living in Italy, where I learned how to make delicious Italian foods.
During the pandemic in 2020, I started teaching online cooking classes, which turned into in-person classes in Modena, Italy.
Now living in the UK, I am bringing all the flavours of Italy and international cuisine to people's homes.

“I recently participated in Quyen's Vietnamese cooking class. What a cool experience! Quyen thought of every detail and was so well prepared. We even got to take home a spice bag with the spices need for her recipes. The food was amazing. Thanks Quyen!"

"I participated in the gnocchi course and it was a great experience! The hosts were organized and sent me a list of ingredients in advance. They were also knowledgeable and accommodating of my gluten-free diet, and the recipe was delicious. I enjoyed learning how to cook gnocchi as the Italians do. Overall, a professional, informative, and fun experience"
